Fifth, and perhaps most importantly, you are gaining invaluable skills from this struggle. Employers place greater weight on traits like tenacity, critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management than they do on flawless grades. Every obstacle you encounter helps you develop these vital life skills. In ways you may not yet realise, your present hardships are actually setting you up for success in the future.
