135. EFFECTIVELY LEVERAGING PEER COACHING
In the college setting, peer coaching is a potent but frequently under-utilised resource. Both academic achievement and personal development can be improved by this collaborative learning strategy, in which students help and mentor one another’s development. Your college experience can be much enhanced and you can gain useful leadership and communication skills by learning how to participate in peer coaching relationships.
Mutual respect, open communication, and a shared dedication to personal development are the foundation of successful peer coaching partnerships. Set clear goals and boundaries right away, whether you are the coach or the one being coached. Maintaining momentum and monitoring progress is facilitated by accountability metrics, targeted feedback, and frequent check-ins.
